Some questions customers ask

You can reach our office by telephone at (352) 394-7408 or email at meetus@mnagellaw.com.

Getting started is easy! Contact our office at 352-394-7408 to speak with one of our amazing paralegals. They will gather your information and schedule a time for you to meet with one of our attorneys to evaluate your matter.

Our attorneys are available to consult with you in person, over the phone, or through a video conference. If you would like to meet us in person, you can visit us in one of our three local offices in Clermont, Winter Garden, or The Villages.  Please let our team know which location you prefer when you call to schedule your consultation.

The price for consultations with our attorneys will vary based on the type of matter you wish to pursue, the length of time you’ll need to discuss your matter, and the attorney that will be handling it. Please contact our office at 352-394-7408 to find out more.

We accept cash, check, or card. Cards require a 3% processing fee.

We do not accept American Express.

Our main office is located at 1201 West Highway 50 in Clermont, Florida. We are right at the intersection of Highway 50 and 12th street, in a stand-alone building in the Save-a-Lot shopping center.

There are two entrances into the shopping center parking lot. You can take the entrance off Highway 50 down by Save-a-lot or turn onto Emerald Lakes St off 12th, which will bring you to an entrance behind our building. You will have direct access to us either way with ample parking next to our office.

If you would like to meet us at one of our other offices, please contact us by phone.

It’s important to understand that many attorney offices use the term “free consultations” in a misleading way. They likely aren’t offering free consultations at all but, rather, a quick meeting to see if you like the attorney and would like to pursue services. During this “free consultation” they won’t answer any questions pertaining to your matter or give you legal advice.

When you call our office, you will speak with a member of our paralegal team that will collect your information, answer questions about the process, and schedule your consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Payment is due right before you meet with the attorney.
