Associate Attorney

Ms. Mudd spent most of her life in Central Florida, growing up in Lake County and graduating from Mount Dora Christian Academy in 2013.
She went on to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. During her time there, she was an active member of Kappa Delta Sorority.
Heather later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she also obtained an Advocacy Skills Certificate and received multiple honors, including the George Gary Duncan Prize and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Jurisdiction and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
While in law school, Heather served as Vice-President of Women in Law and worked as an Advanced Intern with the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies, gaining valuable experience in advocacy and client-centered legal work.
Today, Heather focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Elder Law, helping clients make informed decisions about their future and protect their families with thoughtful, well-structured plans.
Heather currently lives and works primarily remotely from the Boston area with her husband and their rescue dog, Lola.
She is passionate about guiding clients through important life decisions with clarity and care, helping them feel confident in the plans they put in place for themselves and their loved ones.
