Supporting You Through Every Stage of Family Law

Every family situation is unique, and your legal strategy should be too.

Guidance for Complex Family Matters

Family law covers a wide range of legal matters that affect your personal life, your finances, and your future. Whether you are navigating custody, support, or adoption, having clear and thoughtful legal guidance can make all the difference. While we encourage families to consider Collaborative Divorce when appropriate, we also assist with many other areas of family law. Every situation is different, which is why we take the time to understand your needs and help you move forward with a plan that works for you and your family. We proudly offer family law services in both English and Spanish to better serve our community.

Child Custody & Parenting Plans
In Florida, custody focuses on parental responsibility and time-sharing. Courts consider the best interests of the child, including stability, parental fitness, and the ability to co-parent effectively.
Child Support
Child support is determined based on both parents’ income, time-sharing arrangements, and financial responsibilities. Courts follow statutory guidelines but adjustments may be made when circumstances change.
Agreement Modifications
Custody and support arrangements can be modified if there is a substantial change in circumstances. The court must determine that any changes are in the best interest of the child.
Adoption
Adoption creates a permanent legal relationship between parent and child. Florida recognizes several types of adoption, including step-parent, relative, adult, and agency adoptions.
