Maria Monaco

Maria is an Estate Planning Paralegal with over a decade of experience in trust administration and estate planning. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Central Florida, graduating Suma Cum Laude, along with a certificate in Anthropology of Global Health. She also completed her Paralegal Studies certification at Berks Technical Institute in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

Originally from Venezuela, Maria moved to the United States and began her legal career in Pennsylvania. In 2012, she relocated to Florida, where she lived in Miami and Melbourne before settling in Clermont in 2018 with her husband. They share their home with their dogs, Ea and Io, and their cat, Katara.

Maria has worked in both Pennsylvania and Florida in boutique and national law firms. She focuses on preparing estate planning documents and helping clients move through what can often feel like complicated legal processes in a way that feels clear and manageable.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish**.**
