Valerie Egan Wyer leads strategic digital marketing initiatives focused on driving growth, strengthening brand positioning, and optimizing performance across channels. With deep expertise in digital marketing strategy and content-driven lead generation, she specializes in building scalable marketing ecosystems that deliver measurable results.

With more than 10 years of experience, Valerie has worked across the legal, real estate, technology, and media industries, consistently aligning marketing execution with business objectives to increase visibility, engagement, and client acquisition. Her background also includes producing multimedia content for major national brands such as NBC, Telemundo, and ESPN, as well as traveling to 49 U.S. states, collaborating with production companies on location-based projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television with a minor in Multimedia from Full Sail University and is Generative AI certified and Google Ads certified. Valerie is also bilingual in English and Spanish. Wife and mother of two; in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and in her vegetable garden.

Evelyn Guerra is a Senior Paralegal at The Legacy Legal Team, where she focuses on probate matters and plays a key role in guiding clients through the estate administration process with care and precision. With over three years at the firm, Evelyn brings valuable experience in both guardianship and probate, allowing her to approach each case with a well-rounded and informed perspective.

Evelyn began her career with the firm as a Legal Assistant and quickly advanced to a Paralegal, earning her recent promotion to Senior Paralegal through her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client service. Her progression reflects her strong work ethic and her ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.

Known for her proactive approach and strong organizational skills, Evelyn takes pride in making the probate process as seamless and efficient as possible. She understands that clients are often navigating difficult and emotional circumstances, and she strives to provide not only clarity and guidance, but also reassurance every step of the way. Her ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and keep matters moving forward sets her apart and adds meaningful value to both her clients and the firm.

Outside of the office, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her son and family, caring for her cat, and reading as a favorite hobby.

Harry T. Hackney is a seasoned civil trial attorney with more than thirty-nine years of experience litigating cases across Florida, including both trials and appeals. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and serves as a seasoned and experienced state-court approved arbitrator within the Florida state court system. Harry brings an exceptional depth of trial and appellate expertise to our practice.

Mr. Hackney has argued cases at every level of the Florida judiciary, from small claims to the Florida Supreme Court. His broad background includes personal injury, family law, foreclosure, real property, guardianship, and probate matters. Today, his practice focuses on litigation involving probate, trusts, guardianships, wills, real property, and commercial disputes, areas where his extensive courtroom experience and strategic approach consistently benefit his clients.

When he is not working, Mr. Hackney enjoys reading, traveling with his wife of 40 years, Sue, and family time with his two children and his grandchild.

Joni Story is the most senior employee at our firm and has risen through the ranks during the twenty years she’s been with us to become our esteemed Closing Team Lead. She grew up in Sanford, FL and began her career with Merideth Nagel, P.A. after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a double major in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. Her life motto is “Live a Good Story”.

With over two decades of experience in the title insurance industry since 1999, Sasha brings unmatched passion and precision to every closing, it’s not just a job, it’s what she loves to do. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find Sasha cruising on her Harley, relaxing at the beach, or unwinding with a bit of knitting.

Yahaira Garcia Parks is a seasoned real estate closer with over 11 years of experience in the real estate and title industry. She specializes in managing transactions from contract to closing with precision, ensuring every detail is handled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.

With deep expertise in real estate closings and title insurance coordination, Yahaira is known for delivering seamless transaction experiences. She consistently oversees high-volume pipelines while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness, most notably facilitating more than 200 new construction closings within a single month.

In just one year with the firm, she has demonstrated exceptional growth, earning a promotion from Receptionist to Legal Assistant through her strong work ethic, adaptability, and results-oriented approach.
